It sits on your desk and sees what you're working on.
Tell it what you're stuck on. It turns to look and talks you through it.

It turns to look.
Say "look at this joint" and it turns toward it, then talks you
through the fix. The example conversations on the page are scripted;
there is no working prototype yet.
You choose where it goes.
On the device. Waking and turning to look run on the device. Nothing is sent until you talk to it.
Model. Use our models, fine-tuned for bench work, or your own key: Claude, GPT, or a free local model through Ollama. With your own key or a local model, nothing goes to us.
Status light. The light is on whenever the camera or mic is recording.
No lock-in. It works with your own model too, so it doesn't depend on our servers.

Questions
When does it ship?
No date yet. We won't name one until we can keep it. The list hears first.
Can my AI agent use it?
That's the plan: it's being built as an MCP server. The planned tools, subject to change, are at /mcp.
Why not just use my phone?
Your phone only knows what you show it and tell it, each time, so you start from scratch. Harness is built to stay on the bench and keep the context: what you're working on and what changed. It turns to look by itself, and your hands stay on the work.
Do I need to know electronics?
No. Plug in USB-C, paste in a model key once, then double-tap and talk.
What does it cost?
We'll post the price with the prototype footage. The first run is a small first batch, and the list gets the early-bird price first. Once you've seen the prototype, you can hold a unit with a refundable deposit.
What can't it do?
It doesn't work yet: there's no working prototype. Once it does, setup needs a laptop, it can't see inside an enclosure, it can't measure voltage, and it can't undo a wiring mistake you've already powered up.
